St Chads Communication Centre Trust was set up in 1982. Initially used as a base by Lucilla Quin for helping people learn through using music. Today it is a unique facility for the Rotorua Community, ably governed by Trustees who are committed to the philosophy of enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities.
