Each class is self-contained. Join in any week, booking is not required.

The Confidence to Change – week of 1 Nov to week of 22 Nov 4 weeks
We all want to make changes in our life. We want to be less insecure, less fearful, less angry, less depressed, etc. And we want to be more confident, courageous, happy, and creative and so forth. However, we find it difficult to make these changes and to bring about these new versions of ourself that we long for.
The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the workings of the mind, will enable us to let go of our self-limiting views and give us the confidence and skill to make these life-enhancing changes.

What to expect at a class:
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or to benefit from them. Each class consists of two guided meditations and an explanatory talk. The classes run for 90 minutes. Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Everybody welcome.
