We're excited to share our next Foundations of Flow, five-week yoga series at the studio!
Whether you are brand new to yoga and want to give it a go, or if you practice regularly and are wanting to go back to the fundamentals of your yoga practice, this series is for you.

Stu Larsen, Kanuka Yoga co-creator, will be your guide for this five-week series. You can learn more about him online; https://www.kanukayoga.co.nz/post/meet-stu

This will be a fun, non-judgemental space where we can grow and learn from each other - open communication is more than welcome during the class.
Every class will follow a similar overall structure;
- Intro for the class, arriving on your mat and connecting to your breath - Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Warm-up with gentle movement
- Yoga lesson; move mindfully, bring awareness to connection of breath and movement, learn the fundamentals of what we're doing
- Recap and wind-down
- Ending with Savasana or seated meditation

The five-week series will begin on Wednesday, 16th June - 7pm-8pm weekly.
$100 for all five classes, or use any existing Kanuka Yoga pass (excl Intro Offers)
