Arrive to be greeted by your hosts Kate and Cam McLeay before a formal Sanskrit blessing and herbal elixir in the formal lounge of the Grand Old Duchess of Cape South.
F.A.W.C!ers will then move to the homestead lawns to warm the body with a flowing gentle Qi Gong sessions overlooking the coastal hills behind Waipuka (Ocean Beach) out to the Pacific Ocean. Head in to the Yoga Studio to lie down and be nourished with a Tibetan Bowls Sound Healing accompanied by a guided relaxation meditation.
Return to the Homestead to L’Opera Spritz (and learn about the botanical brewing of this local delight from Hastings Distillery).
To crown your F.A.W.C! day out you will be treated to a three-course, plant-based lunch, created by Alexandra Tylee of Pipi Café. Using locally-grown organic produce, each course will be inspired by one her three best-selling cookbooks.
Ticket price include: welcome tea, qi gong session, guided meditation session, L’Opera Spritz from Hastings Distillers, three course lunch, and tea and coffee to follow.
