The team at Central Fire Station Bistro has been busy for months, preserving strawberries, making watermelon nectar and freezing plums especially with this event in mind.
With bites from a special menu that reflects chef Sam Clark’s personal interest in Hawaiian-Chinese cooking, expect a twist on the classics - Hawaiian-style fried Bostock Brothers chicken burger, tuna poke bowl using the freshest local fish, sushi rolls and much, much more.
