Candlelit Restorative Yin Yoga & Meditation on a Boat down on Oriental Bay
Restorative Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and relax into your mind as well as the physical body.
You will be holding poses for a longer period of time(3-5 minutes) than you would in other traditional types of yoga.
Lots of stretches and lengthening those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts while opening up and letting go of any blockages and allowing the energy to flow freely.
Blankets provided but feel free to bring your own blankets, cushions and warm socks
