The obstacles on the path of life are the path!
Life is made up of experiences and what we perceive to be obstacles are simply opportunities for our personal growth. Life happens for us not to us! How we navigate these experiences, the quality and direction of our thoughts determines our words, actions and ultimately affects the quality of our lives, relationships, and eventually the landscape of our physical body.

We ALL have challenges (experiences) BIG and small and I am grateful every day for Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) to help me through!

This ancient art of energy medicine, is one of the oldest, simplest and most effective self-help healing practices in the world. It can be seen in art and artefacts of many cultures, and is used and taught extensively in many countries, benefiting young and old alike.

JSJ is a physio-philosophy aligning with nature, that facilitates the innate ability of our body to return to a natural state of well-being. Through gentle and specific placement of our fingers and hands, we can harmonise energy flows, releasing stress and tension that are the main cause of suffering with the benefit of bringing us to greater awareness of ‘Myself’.

Energy is always flowing in pathways around the body and it is circulation of these energy patterns that are vital to life however, emotionally charged experiences can interrupt our natural state of being with the result that thoughts and feelings become solidified and over time, manifest as illness and dis-ease, the effects if which are what we know to be emotional, mental, and physical symptoms.

Jin Shin Jyutsu offers us simple, practical tools and time-honoured methods to release and harmonise symptoms whilst also addressing root cause, the source of which can be found in five key attitudes.

Once we come to know the attitudes and use this simple and effective practice we have the potential to change our life. Our hands are always with us, so helping ourselves to stress-free living and peace of mind is completely free!

Learn basic understanding of how energy flows, relationship of fingers and hands to thoughts, feelings and vital energy locations around the body. Enjoy practising some simple self-help methods which you can take home to use for yourself, and your loved ones.

Come along and be amazed, as many have been, at the simplicity and effectiveness of this art that is available to us 24/7!
