Move, unwind and let any tension wash away. This is an all-levels class with dynamic movement at the beginning, before dropping into more gentle poses. The class moves at a slower pace, making it a great option for those looking to try yoga out.
Bring your own mat or towel and some water.

Children aged 9-12 are free with a paying adult and do not need to book.
Students 13-21 are $5*, for the student price use the discount code STUDENT at the checkout. Please note students aged 13-16 need parent or guardian permission to attend by themselves.
Adults are $10*.
