Connect Through Movement Among Community
Join community Yoga teacher Hanna Downey for an introduction to the fundamental elements of yoga such as, What is yoga and why do it? Mind-body connection, Breath, Postures and Movement.
The course will run weekly for 6 weeks every Tuesday night from 6.30-7.30pm at Wakatere Boating Club (on Narrow Neck Beach). Plenty of parking available and toilets on site.
Everybody is welcome, you do not need to be fit, flexible or spiritual to experience the benefits of a yoga practice.
You just need to show up as you are and bring a yoga mat (can cost as little as $5 from Kmart).
