An Australasian Leadership Institute workshop

This event will explore the behavioural science research behind effective communication practices to help you refine your communication skills and be sure that your message is heard.

Who should attend:
Highly-motivated individuals who see the value in improving their communication skills across all of their interactions to increase their personal and professional impact

Examine key concepts of communication theory and practices including: communication biases, communicating through behaviour, delivering praise, persuasive communication to further hone your communication style and expand your impact.

Individual coaching and In-house Bespoke workshops are available

Prior to the workshop each participant will have a 30 minute strategy session

The workshop itself will be a live 4 hour zoom group session.

After the workshop each participant will have a 45 minute coaching 1-on-1 session.

About the Facilitator:

Mark Wager is a Leadership Coach with over thirty years of managerial experience across a range of industries. A former Broker Sales Manager with a London Finance House and a National Manager for the Ministry of Justice Mark specialises in working with Leaders helping them overcome the barriers, both technical and mental standing between themselves and success.

A strong believer in taking complex leadership & psychological theories and making them accessible to people regardless of their background, education or industry Mark has helped develop Leaders from some of New Zealand’s leading organisations such as Fisher & Paykel, Weta FX, Heartland Bank, NZRL, NZ Netball, NZ Soccer, NZ Basketball, Amnesty Int, Barnardos, Oxfam, Red Cross and many more.
