Is it possible to let go of worries? Sometimes it doesn’t feel that way.
We find ourselves in situations we can’t seem to control, problems we can’t seem to solve.
We are like a dog with a bone, holding on tight, not letting of whatever it is that is bothering us.
It seems that there are many situations right now that can give rise to thoughts of worry and anxious feelings.
During this workshop we can learn methods to develop the inner resources and strength to transform these thoughts and feelings into positive minds.
Rather than dwelling on what may happen to us in the future we can discover how to replace doubts and worry with minds of love and compassion.
Rather than feeling overwhelmed or disempowered we can develop inner confidence based on a realistic view of ourselves, others and the world around us.
