The Under the Hood BBQ Masterclass is a day long, immersive experience that will be enjoyed by all BBQ enthusiasts. Whether you are looking to build on your existing low and slow knowledge or just starting out, you'll be sure to walk away from the day with a swag of new tips and inspiration, not to mention tummy full of mouth watering food!
What is covered in the Masterclass:
Meat, meat and more MEAT. On the day, we’ll be cooking up beef brisket, Boston Butt, chicken wings, Tomahawk steaks, pork ribs, all proudly supplied by Meaters of Marlborough
How to prepare, trim and season your meats
Temperature control of your pit
Hands on preparation of pork swift ribs and chicken wings
Mastering pulled pork and brisket
Creating flavour profiles
Q&A time to ask all your low & slow BBQ questions
Best part of the day? Everything we cook, we eat. So bring a beer or two along and we’ll share a yarn, some expertly cooked meats and a brew.
On the day we’ll be cooking on the Weber EX4 & 6, Summit Charcoal, Master Touch and Smokey Mountains, so this is the perfect opportunity to see these in action.
