Are you curious to learn more about Te Tiriti o Waitangi | The Treaty of Waitangi?
This is a full-day workshop that caters to 40 in a large and comfortable space with two skilled facilitators guiding the day. You will learn about the history of Te Tiriti, barriers to racial equity, and some impacts of colonisation in Aotearoa. Content is delivered in an interactive, dynamic way, is well-paced, and ensures that we encounter the learning with our hearts and minds using somatic approaches.
We explore Tauiwi | Pākehā identity and how we can be allies; giving effect to Treaty Partnership as Tangata Tiriti. The day includes Waiata, Breathwork, Te Tiriti history, Readings, Kōrero, Break out sessions, Shared Kai, Sharing, Laughter, Learning, and more!
This workshop is suitable for community members, groups, teachers, healthcare workers, social workers, young adults, businesses, and organisations.
