Walking is supposed to be one of the best ways to get fit. Would you like to try this easy form of exercise? If so, you are welcome to give it a go with our Walking Group.
We walk whether it is fine or wet, so dress accordingly. Walks usually last for 50-60mins, sometimes slightly longer, in a variety of places around Auckland. Then we have morning tea! It is a good way to learn more about this interesting city and make some new friends.
