Science Show
This science show takes you on a journey through space to discover the amazing stories light can tell us about the cycles of the universe!

Held in the Beautiful Science gallery, we zoom through the cosmos surrounded by largescale film and images, immersing you in an astronomical adventure. You can help us make a human model of the solar system, explore the gigantic scale of the universe, and understand how auroras are created through solar tsunamis.

As usual, we will end with a bang, and this time we experiment with exploding stardust.

Join us as Puaka and Matariki return to our skies, and explore light and the cycles of the universe.

Offered in partnership with the Dodd-Walls Centre and the University of Otago
