In this relaxed three-hour, hands-on culinary journey of France, learn how to prepare (and taste) traditional ‘apple favourites’ including the deliciously satisfying apple Tarte Tatin, an upside-down caramelised dessert, apple turnover, toffee apples, while also mastering the art of apple roses in a crunchy tart with apple compote.
