Warmly welcome to this One Day Yoga Retreat, where we fully immerse ourselves in the profound practice of YOGA for a whole day!
Mid-Winter is a perfect time to give yourself the precious gift of nourishment - for body, mind and spirit.
The day will be filled with asanas/postures (active as well as restorative), meditations and pranayama - all to connect with, and bring awareness to, your whole being.
We will enjoy a delicious vegan lunch together in the restaurant with lovely views over the inlet, followed by a gentle forest walk in the enchanting bush right behind Kimi Ora.
Spending a whole day in the name of Yoga is a perfect way for you to deepen your existing practice, or if you are completely new to yoga - it will be a great introduction.
Last day to register is Thursday 14th of July.
The rate includes the full-day program and lunch.
