Join us on Friday, 9 July for the ultimate truffle experience as we partner with Amuri Truffiere and give centre stage to Perigord Black Truffles grown right here in Canterbury.
Incomparably earthy and delicious, the finest and freshest black truffles will feature throughout the evening in a 5-course dinner. Highlights from the extraordinary menu will include: Truffle Duck Liver Parfait with Truffle Brioche; Seared Scallops and Sticky Pork Belly with Apple and Celeriac Truffle Puree; and even a Chocolate Hazelnut Delice with Dark Chocolate and Black Perigord Truffle Ice Cream.
Premium North Canterbury wines will be paired with each dish to complement the complex flavours of the black truffle.
