Finish Mental Health Awareness week with us!
8am: Start the day with a brisk walk around Tūpare, led by us.
9am: Enjoy a guided yoga class on the beautiful Tupare river flat with our friends from Sanctuary Hill Retreat.
Please wear suitable clothing and we recommend bringing your own mat.
Finish off with a refreshing herbal tea in the cottage.
Choose which activity you would like to join, or make a morning of it and come along to both the walk & yoga! No registrations are required.
