Join guest Chef Nicla Gallione for a true taste of Sardinian cooking. In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make a traditional ravioli of Ogliastra in Sardinia called culurgiones. A simple pasta dough is stuffed with potato, pecorino and mint, before being shaped into 'ears' of wheat and briefly boiled. You'll also make a simple sauce to enjoy with your culurgiones.
