"Invaluable workshop. I feel much more confident talking about mental health and how to support someone. The facts and stats gave a solid foundation to this subject - it meant the importance of mental health was explained in a relatable way. Useful for someone like me who normally rolls their eyes at the word 'wellbeing'! Cheers" - Dave, Horowhenua Community Group
"Brilliantly delivered, timely reminder of how to manage your own stress and how to best support others. Personally I think this course is essential for anyone in any setting" - Julianne, DHB
"Really enjoyable, informative course. Very relevant to our work. Great to learn practical tools, and I really appreciated the module on suicide - we need more of these discussions. Thank you Jenni" - Clive, Volunteer Firefighter
