Join a friendly class of people learning entry-level Yoga & Meditation.

Walkout feeling relaxed and calm.

Classes are for all levels tailored for beginners, but open to advanced yogis who are looking for a lighter practice.

Every class includes some mindfulness, asana (poses), and a guided meditation at the end (everyone's favourite part).

You can either come for a casual class or get a class pass.
