This training program has been carefully designed to allow you to embark on a 20-day journey of your own self-exploration and empowerment; in other words ‘returning home’, coming back to your true self.
It is available for those of you who want to eventually become teachers but also for those happy to focus on deepening your own self-practice and knowledge of yoga.
There will be a daily Asana, Meditation and Pranayama practice, which will help you to build your own authentic yoga practice and teaching style.
Each day we will start at 7 am to around 6-7 pm, with 3 days off.
