Taste the Perigord Truffle locally grown by Te Puke Truffle in a degustation menu, from farm to table.
Hosted in the old farm cottage of The Trading Post French Bistro, you will take a seat for an intimate degustation dinner.
The four course menu is based on seasonal & local products, highlighting freshly dug Truffle.
Chef Jordan Baudeche has created the menu, inspired by his knowledge and family recipes from the South of France.

First course - Toasted brioche, Pata Negra lardo & shaved black truffle
Second course - Celeriac & truffle creamy velouté
Third course - Truffled line caught Sole fillet, Marama sautéed mushrooms, Jerusalem artichokes & lime
Fourth course - Dark chocolate crémeux, Mystery valley olive oil & freshly grated Truffle
