This retreat is suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners looking to refresh or deepen their practice.
The retreat will start at 4pm on 14 Jan, so participants are requested to arrive and complete check in by 3pm. It will conclude after lunch on 16 Jan, around 2pm.
