Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.
This evening course will start on 1 August 2022. A second course is available starting Monday 29 August 2022 and running for four Mondays. All classes are 7 - 9pm.
Join French Pastry Chef Nicolas Drexler to learn authentic French pastries. At the end of each class you'll get to taste these goodies, and you'll go home with recipes and know-how. Your course fee includes all ingredients for the course ($30).
Over this four week course, Nicolas will teach the following recipes:
- Chouquette (choux pastry with creme patissiere)
- Choux pastry (whipped cream)
- Eclaire chocolate
- Fruits tart
- Tart tatin
- Tart pear amandine
