The return of LIVE comedy to The Cook's stage! Two seasoned NZ comedians are at the top of their game.

JARRED FELL
Comedian Magician Jarred Fell is BACK and bigger & braver than before!
Jam-packed with his unique rock ‘n roll style of laughs, wizardry, illusions & mind reading

With a multi-award-winning career, stretching from the bright lights of Las Vegas to the jungles of Malaysia and a pinnacle of performances on hit NBC American TV series ‘Bring the Funny’, Jarred could have been lost to NZ forever. But then you know what happened and he had to scurry home. And a good thing too!

(This lad hasn’t held the coveted title of NZ’s Best Comedy Magician for a decade for nothing. Not to mention last year’s gong for Best Close-up Magician).
The perfect funny balm to an absolute stinker of a last year…
“I love Jarred and his Magic!” - Chrissy Teigen
“Jarred is Magic” - Kenan Thompson (SNL)
“I wish I could take him on tour with me everywhere” - Steve O (Jackass)
“Jarred Fell constantly amazes us with the impressive magic he can do” - Jono and Ben

SIMON MCKINNEY
Simon McKinney is New Zealand's #1 stand up character impressionist and a much sought-after MC for both live and corporate performances.

He has travelled the world, and performed at Edinburgh Festivals, all across the UK, in the USA, around the Pacific, Asia, Antarctica, and even for the troops in Afghanistan.

Simon has made multiple appearances at both NZ and international comedy festivals, on television and radio, and has released a one-hour solo stand-up special on iTunes.

His video conferencing performances at meetings during the lockdown on Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft teams have proven extremely popular - helping attendance, lifting spirits, and providing a unique and engaging new experience for all involved.

Having opened for many big names including Irish comedy legend Tommy Tiernan, USA's Greg Proops (Whose Line Is It Anyway), and the UK's Stephen Merchant (The Office, Extras), his international accents and delivery connect him with his audience and give him true global appeal.
Doors open at 6pm for dinner before the show and there is a full a la carte menu available. The show starts around 7.30pm (ish) and is a two-hour show
