Wellington's longest-running continuous fitness boot camps.

No group running or situations where you will be holding up those who are fitter than you.
No yelling or singling out of individuals, just encouragement and recommendations for your exercise safety.

Sessions are limited to 16 people to ensure your safety and allow you individual attention as required.

45-minute sessions at 6am and 5:30pm at Civic Square/Frank Kitts Park
30-minute sessions at 12:15pm at Frank Kitts Park

Sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday
