This month's Thirst for Knowledge is all about beer! As we prepare our noses and our palates in the lead up to Dunedin Craft Beer & Food Festival!
Dr Graham Eyres from the Department of Food Science will talk to us about flavour science, and the role of taste and aroma compounds in our perception of beer, discussing what makes a beer taste good and what might be wrong with those beers you just can't stomach.
All audiences are welcome, no prior knowledge about brewing is required, just an enthusiasm for beer!
