Taken by Sonya Robinson who is a Certified Tai Chi for Health, certified Qigong for Health Instructor, as well as an approved Community Group Strength & Balance Programme Provider it can even be fun too!

Upstairs in the Maungarei Dance Studio - stairs and a lift available with free off street parking nearby and Concession rates available too.
