Known Unknown Wine presents: Hillside Kitchen @ Known Unknown
Hillside Kitchen is one of Wellington and New Zealand's most exciting restaurants, holding one Cuisine Hat since 2017 and featuring plant-based and foraged cuisine and helmed by Chef Asher Boote. Asher will present a multi-course summer menu inspired by Hillside's everyday approach of celebrating plant-focused cuisine in a modern kiwi context. This menu will be written at the last minute to make sure we've captured the true taste of time and place. The menu will be matched to Known Unknown Wine, Cider and Mead presented by Sommelier Jules van Costello (who is also a co-founder of Hillside Kitchen AND Known Unknown winemaker).
