This mindful movement practice is led at a steady pace with a focus on alignment and breath awareness. Leaving you with a sense of integration and ease to both the body and mind. Making the practice a mindful meditative movement practice.
Classes taught in a friendly, relaxed environment with careful adaptation of postures to suit individual needs and provide holistic wellness. We have a limited number of mats available, so please bring your own if you have one.
Classes start February 1st 2022. Classes are drop-in (no need to pre-book).

Liana is an accomplished dancer and yoga teacher. Her yoga classes leave you with a sense of alignment, and are playful, and down to earth.
