This is a unique invitation to join a 4 session introduction into traditional yoga practice. Over the course of 4 weekly sessions, we will explore basic yogic philosophy, pranayama breathwork, a yoga pose breakdown (learn benefits and step-by-step guidance for safe entry and exit of poses), various meditations and guided deep relaxation.
This course is ideal for people new to yoga who would to form a solid base for practice and understanding, as well as established yogis wanting to deepen their practice. By the end of this course, you will have a strong foundation and comprehensive for a traditional practice.
Upon completion of this course, regular classes weekly sessions will begin for graduates.
