This is not like ordinary yoga so no yoga poses or mats, it's childlike playfulness and yogic breathing to create so many benefits such as releasing endorphins and serotonin to make you feel better; reduce stress and strengthen the immune system; raise energy levels; improve circulation; support good mental health; provide a coping mechanism through challenges and improve concentration and creativity and there are more benefits!
