Slow down and settle in for this family style Italian feast – preparing and sharing a meal in Italy is a lively affair and this interactive dinner at Nonna’s Kitchen will be the same.

Enjoy a class of wine and antipasti platters on arrival, before getting into the kitchen yourself to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine straight from Nonna’s recipe book – under the guidance of EIT’s expert chef tutors.
F.A.W.C!ers will be split into two kitchen, each making two main dishes and a dessert, before regrouping to share the fruits of their labour – and will able to take home beautiful home-made pasta
Discover the beauty of hearty Italian cuisine, starting in the kitchen with communal cooking and finishing with sweet treats and delicious wine.

Ticket price includes: Antipasti and drinks whilst preparing, four mains and two desserts matched with Italian wines. Cash bar available for other beverage options.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Winter Series runs over the 4 weekends in June 2021
