Milk + Honey Owner Sean Burns is putting his mum back to work for a night in the Milk kitchen.
For one night only, Suriah Burns will be showing off like only she can do with a five course Malaysian menu.
Sean + the Milk crew will be sourcing, pouring and sometimes mixing an array of drinks from Hawke’s Bay wine makers, brewers + distillers to enjoy alongside Suriah’s food tour of her homeland.
Expect strong, spicy and aromatic cuisine that combines the rich tastes of the many herbs and spices Malaysian fare is renowned for.
After a welcome cocktail, F.A.W.C!ers will have the option to purchase matching drinks on the night.
Ticket price includes: Welcome cocktail, full five course menu. Option to purchase matching drinks, with every course having an alcoholic + non alcoholic matched option (available for purchase).
