This nourishing 2.5-hour workshop is an invitation to tune in to what you need, explore how you care for yourself and ask 'how can I be more truly me?'
We will combine the healing practice of Restorative Yoga, followed by prompted journaling - to go deep and ask some important questions to self-discovery.
Yoga is an opportunity to lovingly meet yourself on the mat just as you are. Focus on reconnecting with what is truly important to you through prompts that will lead you to clarity and purpose.
Everyone is warmly welcomed - suitable for beginners. Spaces are limited to 8.
