They also improve your mobility, coordination, balance and overall sense of wellbeing. You will feel calmer and more confident to move well and deal with whatever life throws your way.
In each class you are verbally guided through a sequence of movements that involve your body AND your brain to turn on your brain's "learning switch".
This breakthrough combination unravels old movement habits causing you tension and pain, and leads you to discover discover improved ways of moving of your body in your everyday life.
You always work at your own level of comfort and we operate on a "No Pain, More Gain" approach.
We have a fun, supportive community vibe in our classes and welcome all body types and levels of experience. It doesn't matter if you're new to movement classes or you've been doing Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® for years.

Classes run as a 4-week term - $60 for 4 classes. If you miss a class you will get an audio recording that you can do in your own time at home.
If you live in Hawke's Bay you are welcome to mix and match your class times with online and in-person or join the online classes only (see the website for class timetable).
