This 6-week course offers a thorough grounding in the what, why and how of Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM), an internationally - recognized method developed by leaders in the mindfulness and meditation field. Each 2-hour class involved a mix of learning, discussion and practice. And each week builds on the previous one, so that by the end of the course, you have a robust basis for a beneficial personal practice. Plus this course is fun, interesting and supportive!
