In our home, for many years we have made our own Fermented Vegetables, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Water Keifer, Apple Cider Vinegar, Red Wine Vinegar, Cleaning Vinegar, Kvass, Fermented Onions and Pickles etc.
Fermented foods are rich in probiotic bacteria so by consuming fermented foods you maybe adding beneficial bacteria and enzymes to your overall intestinal flora, you may be increasing the health of your gut microbiome and digestive system and enhancing the immune system.
In this class, I will run through the basics of fermenting and also demonstrate how to make Apple Cider Vinegar, Sauerkraut and Kvass (a fermented drink).
After the class, you will be able to go home and make your own creations and get started on your journey of loving to ferment.
