Held within Hillside's new Downtown pop-up restaurant, this event will be an exploration of proper cider and bean-to-bar craft chocolate. Come and learn about the parallels between these delicious treats and experience the full potential of small batch, patient production using heirloom varietals of apples and cacao. Chocolate and cider will never be the same again!
