Yoga in the park is back!
Join us every Tuesday from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm @waikanae park on park ave. Starting Tuesday 11th of January 2022 over the summer months (maybe to April).
Beginners are all ability levels are welcome.
We will start with 5 minutes of conscious breathing, warm up our wrist and body, go through balance exercises and standing positions and end with deep stretches. I will give lots of options to make this class suitable for you. This is not meant to be a workout or boot camp class- we want to create a healthy and strong community one yoga class at a time.
