8 weeks to rediscover, refine and maximize your yoga practice.
Level-UP your Asana will take you from the basics you learnt in the beginner course and teach you how to navigate more complex poses using the same principles you are now familiar with. In this course we will be looking at new breathing techniques, variations on poses you already know, explore more intricate poses you may encounter in a regular yoga class and look at some new transitions too.
This is going to be a great 8 weeks jam-packed with challenging poses, new breathing techniques and philosophy. Loads of fun and learning for anyone who wants to hone their practice and technique, learn new poses and enjoy the additional time to explore those not so familiar, or maybe oh so familiar but not quite done right poses together in a safe and supportive class environment.
This course is not suitable for complete beginners. Although it is not a prerequisite for you to have attended our Beginner yoga course, you do need a good basic understanding of yogasana and have some experience with warrior poses, sun salutes and basic alignment cues for tadasana, down dog and plank.
This course is great for anyone looking to improve their understanding of proper body alignment and master those slightly trickier yoga poses that get thrown in the regular classes from time to time.
Pre-registrations are essential as this is not a casual drop-in class and spaces are limited. Plus the course is awesome!
