Join us for a practical introduction to Krav Fighter Krav Maga Training, the Krav Maga Basics Induction course.
This course is suitable to all backgrounds, ages and fitness levels.
3 hours of practical skill development with training drills and background information covering:
- Psychology of violence
- Stances and movement patterns
- Offensive and defensive movements & strikes we use in Krav Maga
- Sensitive areas for striking
Everything you learn in this course is immediately applicable in case you do get confronted in a violent situation. This course also gives you a head start should you wish to continue training with Krav Fighter further, either during regular classes (5 classes per week), special topic courses, or private training.

Please wear the usual gym gear, a Tshirt & shorts (or activewear for women) + clean gym shoes. We do not train barefoot for safety reasons, therefore no steel cap/military boots, football boots or any footwear that has soles designed for the muddy terrain.
Ensure you have a water bottle and a sweat towel with you, and remove any hand jewellery you may have before the course starts. Free parking is available at the bottom-most level of the parking structure.
