Join Brothers Ben and George from Bostock Brothers Organic Free Range Chicken as they demonstrate how to debone a chicken and talk through the best techniques to utilise all cuts with different cooking methods.
They will be joined by Alexandra Tylee, of Pipi Café and co-founder Project DO LESS, who is on a mission to help people to feel empowered by the little things they can do every day to reduce the energy they consume and food waste.
Each participant will debone a chicken and have a recipe booklet to takeaway.
