Eat Drink Play, Wellington’s newest festival is a celebration of our city’s vibrancy and a great excuse to go out, socialise and enjoy good food, drinks and lively entertainment.
The Thistle Inn is taking part in this festival, and here's our FESTIVAL DISH:
'Mrs. Couper's Game Pie' is a spin-off dish based on a Thistle Inn local favourite before the recipe was destroyed in an 1866 fire. We have done our best to recreate it and cannot wait to hear what you think!
EAT - Slow braised Wagyu and Ale Pie, bone marrow, oyster and parsnip puree.
DRINK: HeyDay Seawolf Imperial Stout.
Every Friday night at 6pm throughout the festival, we will also be supporting local artists by having them PLAY live.
