If you’re looking for an adventure your whole whānau can enjoy, make sure you get this in your calendar. From ancient rain forests to the home of Rivendell from The Lord of the Rings. This day will help you make unforgettable family memories.

We’ve jam-packed the day with experiences that will bring every member of your whānau together. Take part in the scavenger hunt, feed the eels, join a guided walk, or play some classic outdoor games. Feel free to bring a picnic or make the most of the food trucks on-site while listening to the tui. Make sure you bring your togs so you can cool off in the crystal-clear water of the Te Awa Kairangi River. This is a day you don’t want to miss!
