Embark on a unique Wellness Retreat for the day.
Nestled in the forest, just a few kms from the city, in Albany, join Gitavali to reconnect with yourself, to let go of the things preventing you from living your best life today.
The day will consist of an enlivening yoga class, you'll learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, a workshop of self-love, with free time to journal about your experience. Gitavali has 20 years experience cooking plant-based meals and loves to cook for others. She will be serving a loving meal for you to share at midday. After lunch, we will go to the forest to meditate and absorb ourselves in the beauty and exquisiteness of nature. We'll follow this exercise with a gratitude session and then, come back to shift our states and get energised again with a short ecstatic dance session. After a short break, we'll join our breath work facilitator in leading us through a transformative breath work experience followed by a journalling session to allow us to process it all. We'll wrap up with Gitavali sharing some empowering life lessons and end with a cacao ceremony and a chance to debrief and share our experience about our day together.
Gitavali is a certified abundance Life coach, she has taught yoga since January 2011 and practicing Bhakti yoga since 2005. She is a mother and wife, who loves nature and empowering women to rise up to be their best selves using Yoga lifestyle, positive habits, NLP, and more.
I've invited newly certified yoga teacher Noami Pepah to assist me on this retreat. I've also connected to a beautiful Breathworker named Priyanka, (@the.life.doula on Instagram) who will take us on a transformational breathing journey. She will also conduct a sacred cacao ceremony to bring our day to a close.
