Join us in the studio for a brand new, beginners yoga series - Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga.
This is perfect for anyone brand new to yoga, or anyone wanting to learn the primary Ashtanga series.

Ashtanga yoga is an effective sequence of poses that develops strength and flexibility and improves your overall well-being.

The Ashtanga Vinyasa practice begins with about five repetitions of Surya Namaskara A and about five repetitions of Surya Namaskara B, followed by the standing sequence and then a seated sequence, followed by a standard closing sequence.

In this series, you will gradually learn a gentle approach to the Ashtanga Sequence (Half Primary Series).
