Weekly yoga classes. Supporting you to link your body, mind and breath - no matter what stage you are in yoga. Learn from an experienced yoga teacher, in a small group class where you can ask questions, adapt to suit your needs and have the space to connect to yourself on the yoga mat.
You will be guided by an experienced yoga teacher that uses the traditional yoga techniques including: asana (yoga postures), chant, pranayama (breath techniques) and visualization. Each term we progressively explore a new yoga theme.
